After ISIS headquarters is raided by FBI Agents, Archer and Lana work to break out the crew while Mallory works on a deal to get them all free.

I'll keep this review clear and concise: the first episode gave me the impression that nothing really happens the entire season. The cocaine will not be sold successfully for profit, no one significant really dies; all in all, there's just not that much development. Maybe at the end of the season, the gang will somehow end up back at ISIS, or maybe not. Regardless, the entire season simply felt like FILLER afterwards.

As a result, I watched the rest of the season for one sole reason: the jokes and gags. And for a show that seemed to not really head in any direction, these jokes were good enough that I continued to watch it and rate it a seven out of ten.

Some of you might disagree and point out that there has been a few developments here and there, but overall, these moments seem scarce and relatively small.

In a way, all of the previous seasons never really had much development either: Archer and friends go on a mission and do silly stuff. Bad stuff happen, but all ends well. However, the difference with this season is that we are already somewhat aware of the end result, and that takes out a lot of fun.
