The Facts of Life - Individual Set, Box Art Confirmed for 'The Complete 8th Season'

Blair, Natalie, Tootie, and Jo say goodbye to their beloved Mrs. G...and things will never be the same again in The Facts of Life: Season Eight.

When Edna Garrett finds love, the girls are understandably overjoyed-but it turns bittersweet when they realize that their longtime friend and mentor will be leaving them. Edna's sister Beverly Ann (Academy Award winner Cloris Leachman [Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role, The Last Picture Show, 1971]) steps in to keep an eye on them, but as the year passes and graduation from Langley College looms for Blair and Jo, it appears that the winds of change that haven't finished blowing just yet.

We let you know last Thursday that on January 26th Shout! Factory will release The Facts of Life - The Complete 8th Season on DVD, the next-to-last season of the classic popular show. Now Shout! has made it official, confirming the date and $29.99 SRP price for this 3-disc set. They've also released the package art (which may look familiar; it was the original seventh season box art before it a revision/correction...but it's correct this time!), and also put the item up for pre-order at their Shout! store online website (see button link below, next to the www.odvdo.com button link where the title has already been available to advance purchase):
