House of Cards - Blu-ray Discs, DVDs Already Being Planned for 'The Complete 3rd Season'

Back on February 27th, Netflix debuted the latest season of the show, in its entirety (all 13 episodes), and since then has renewed the program for a fourth season (to come out next year, in 2016). And now Amazon.com has begun taking pre-orders on House of Cards - The Complete 3rd Season, for both DVD and also a Blu-ray Disc version. These listings are prior to the official Sony Pictures Home Entertainment announcement for the title, though, so instead of a street date www.odvdo.com merely says "This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives."

Pricing is available, however, currently showing $55.99 SRP for the standard DVD and $65.99 SRP for the Blu-ray Disc set (you can, of course, guarantee your copy right away at a discounted price, if you order it using either of the above links). There are no other details available so far at www.odvdo.com 's entries, nor box art (just early temp art used to promote the show's latest season).
