The new era of Doctor Who has begun and on December 9, 2014 Doctor Who: The Complete Eighth Series lands on Blu-ray and DVD. The most recent season sees a brand new face at the controls of the TARDIS with Peter Capaldi (The Thick of It) as the Doctor. In the middle of last month we brought you the BBC Home Entertainment announcement for Doctor Who - The Complete 8th Series on DVD ($8.99 SRP, 5 discs). At the time we had what was described as "finalized package art," which showed Peter Capaldi as the 12th Doctor. Now the BBC has provided a list of bonus material for this title, which we've got below. Underneath that, we have REVISED package art for the Blu-ray Disc and DVD versions of the December 9th release. As you can see, they've changed the background art, and also brought in a new foreground image of Capaldi paired with companion Jenna Coleman ("Clara Oswald"). But first, those extras:
